Our verdict
For a newsletter business, beehiiv is hard to beat: the free tier keeps the ad network, referrals, and website builder on, and paid subscriptions are kept at a 0% platform fee.
It is intentionally publishing-focused, so it is not the tool for product lifecycle or transactional email. But for media and creators monetizing an audience, it is excellent value.
