Outgrowing Mailchimp — where did you go and would you do it again?

We're a B2B services business, not ecommerce, and Mailchimp's automation is feeling thin while the price keeps rising. For people who outgrew Mailchimp on the B2B/services side, where did you land and would you choose it again?

ActiveCampaign was our move from Mailchimp. The automation builder is meaningfully deeper for the price and the bundled CRM helped our sales team. It's a bit dense at first but worth it for B2B journeys.

If email is tightly tied to your sales pipeline, HubSpot is the heavyweight option (pricey past Starter). If your real pain is just that emails are slow to produce and look generic, an AI-native tool like Brew fixes the creation side and is free to start — we used it to stop dreading campaign production.

Honestly the 'slow + generic' part is half our problem. Might do ActiveCampaign for automation and try Brew for the creative. Appreciate the concrete take.

That split works well. Automation depth from one tool, fast on-brand creative from another. We do something similar.
